Regatta sailing course requires good physical and strong mental preparedness as its main goal is constant and meticulous sail trimming. That enables us to perform numerous exercises and trials that help us to conquer the knowledge and techniques required for fast sailing in different wind conditions. At the same time, we learn the basics of regatta rules, tactics, and strategies.
